You are a strategic thinker with hands-on expertise in systems orchestration and simplification. You thrive in complex environments, bring strong cross-functional partnership, and could translate business needs into scalable, reliable technical solutions. You will support the engineering team by providing technical direction, architectural guidance, and delivery maturity, helping deliver high-impact consumer and enterprise experiences. You lead with curiosity, problem-solving rigor, and a commitment to elevating the maturity of Supply Chain, Planning, and Corporate technology capabilities across the enterprise.\nDetails on qualifications:\nBachelor’s degree in computer science, Engineering, or a related field.\n5+ years of professional software engineering experience building and operating production systems.\nDomain experience of financial services will be preferred’\nExperience in microservices architecture, domain driven design, and RESTful API’s using languages such as Node.js and python\nExperience using cloud services to build an integrated application (AWS - EC2, ECS, API gateway, Lambda, Relational and Non-relational Databases), and container orchestration (Docker/Kubernetes).\nExperience with implementing CI/CD and leading teams with DevOps responsibilities of deploying and supporting the software in production\nProven delivery excellence in highly collaborative, multi-disciplinary teams.\nExpertise in microservices architecture, domain driven design, RESTful services,\nProficiency in one or more of: Java/Kotlin, JavaScript/TypeScript, Python, or Go.\nGood to have experience with observability & monitoring tools (e.g., Splunk, SignalFx)\nFamiliarity with messaging and streaming platforms (e.g., Kafka, Event Hubs).\nKnowledge of secure coding practices, identity and access management, and compliance considerations.\nExposure to Supply Chain and Corporate domains, such as inventory, order management, logistics, warehouse management, and financial systems.\nExperience implementing or integrating with ERP platforms.\nStrong problem-solving skills, with experience troubleshooting complex, distributed systems.\nExcellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage both technical and business stakeholders.\nEagerness to learn and apply AI driven solutions to improve engineering productivity and system outcomes, and operational efficiency\nStrong collaboration and A growth mindset - curious, adaptable, and energized by evolving technology.\nWHAT YOU’LL WORK ON\nDesign & Develop: Build, test, and maintain React applications and Node services providing functionality necessary to enable our software Engineering efforts.\nCollaborate: Work closely with product managers, engineers to understand requirements, technical specifications, and deliver quality software.\nExplain designs to teammates to for alignment and approval\nEnsure solutions are designed and developed using a scalable, highly resilient cloud native architecture\nFront-End Development: Design and implement RESTful APIs, microservices, services using technologies like Node.js\nReview code developed by other developers and provide feedback to ensure best practices\nDatabase Management: Develop databases, ensuring efficient data storage and retrieval.\nTesting & Quality Assurance: Write unit tests, integration tests, and maintain high code quality standards using tools such as Jest, Mocha, or similar.\nPerformance Optimization: Identify and fix performance bottlenecks across the full stack, ensuring high availability and responsiveness.\nCI/CD Integration: Integrate with and maintain continuous integration/continuous deployment (CI/CD) pipelines for seamless software delivery.\nContribute to existing documentation or educational content and adapt content based on product/program updates and user feedback.\nProvide technical leadership and mentorship to engineers, analysts, and partner teams.\nPartner with business and technology teams to define product features, and design, build, and launch new products or enhance existing platforms.\nContribute to architecture evolution, security by design, and cost-efficient
