We’re looking for someone who thrives in both strategy and delivery and who is equally comfortable owning complex programs end-to-end and facilitating meaningful learning moments with senior audiences.\nThe ideal individual brings strong ownership, executive presence, and a learner-first mindset. You apply adult learning principles, model inclusivity, and use data and insight to continuously improve learning impact.\nRequired qualifications include:\nSolid experience across learning operations, facilitation, leadership development, instructional design, or related L&D roles\nDemonstrated experience facilitating corporate learning experiences, including director-level and senior-leader audiences\nProven ability to lead and manage complex learning initiatives with multiple stakeholders, timelines, and dependencies\nStrong attention to detail, follow-through, and operational excellence\nConfidence using learning systems and tools such as Workday Learning, Zoom Webinars, and enterprise communication platforms\nStrong communication skills, executive presence, and ability to influence across functions and cultures\nGlobal mindset with an understanding of how learning lands across regions and environments\nExperience across first-line and corporate audiences is preferable\nWhat You’ll Work On\nYou will bring Nike’s learning and leadership development strategy to life, ensuring programs are thoughtfully designed, operationally sound, and powerfully delivered. include:\nStrategic & Programme Leadership\nServe as the EMEA programme owner for core learning and leadership development programmes, ensuring alignment with teammate and leadership capability priorities\nShape, adapt and evolve learning solutions within an established enterprise portfolio to meet regional audience and business needs\nPartner cross-functionally across HR, People Solutions, centres of excellence and business leadership to identify learning needs and deliver integrated solutions\nLead programme planning, stakeholder engagement, governance, issue resolution, budgets and delivery milestones across assigned initiatives\nUse business context, learner insight and delivery data to influence programme and portfolio decisions\nFacilitation & Learning Delivery\nFacilitate enterprise leadership programs, senior-level development experiences, and complex learning sessions across regions\nCreate engaging, inclusive learning environments that encourage reflection, connection, and action\nAdapt facilitation style in real time to meet the needs of diverse senior audiences and leadership contexts\nCollaborate with peer facilitators and program designers to maintain consistency and excellence across delivery\nCoach and support less experienced facilitators when appropriate\nOperations & Execution\nExecute end-to-end learning program logistics, including scheduling, communications, vendor coordination, and budget tracking\nDrive operational readiness by partnering closely with design and facilitation teams\nAct as a primary point of contact for day-to-day program operations and delivery\nMaintain learning calendars, operational milestones, and key program data\nProduce, validate, and distribute reports (e.g., attendance, forecasting, feedback insights) to inform decisions\nManage courses, assignments, and reporting in Workday Learning\nContinuous Improvement & Impact\nUse participant feedback, learning metrics, and data to continuously improve learning solutions\nIdentify opportunities to innovate learning methods and elevate the participant experience\nOptimize spend and evaluate upstream and downstream impacts of
