You help bring it to life.\nYOUR SPORTS BAG CONTAINS\nA bachelor's or master's degree, or equivalent professional experience, in supply chain, logistics, engineering, business analytics or a related field.\nYou bring a strong interest in supply chain and have built relevant knowledge or hands-on experience through your education, internships, projects or professional experience in areas such as supply chain, distribution, logistics, project delivery or process improvement.\nStrong project-management skills, with experience structuring work around clear deliverables, milestones, risks and expected outcomes.\nStrong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to turn complex data and operational information into clear insights and recommendations.\nExperience identifying workflow improvement opportunities and translating business needs into standardized or automated processes. Experience with workflow, analytics or automation tools is an asset.\nThe ability to work independently while collaborating across teams, functions and organizational levels.\nStrong communication, facilitation and stakeholder-management skills.\nProfessional proficiency in English.
