This role is critical to ensuring a smooth and successful migration experience for customers moving from legacy platforms into our solution.\nWhat You’ll Do\nMap, extract, cleanse, and transform data (patients, inventory, claims, orders, payers, etc.\nLead and manage full-cycle data migrations from legacy DME or HME systems into NikoHealth’s platform\nCollaborate with implementation consultants and product teams to ensure data accuracy and integrity\nTroubleshoot and resolve data discrepancies during migration\nProvide customer support and guidance during the transition process\nAssist with process documentation and contribute to internal knowledge bases\nWhat You’ll Bring\n2+ years of experience in data migration, data analysis, or implementation at a SaaS or technology company\nStrong proficiency with data tools such as SQL, Excel, or other ETL platforms\nExperience mapping and transforming data between complex systems\nExcellent analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills\nFamiliarity with APIs, JSON, CSV, and relational databases a plus\nAbility to manage multiple projects and timelines in a fast-paced environment\nPreferred Experience\nPrior experience migrating customers from legacy or on-premise systems into SaaS environments.\nExposure to data migration in DME/HME.\nThis is a remote role, but candidates must be based in the U.S.\nWe are aware that job scams are on the rise.
