The role requires the ability to engage decision-makers, understand business needs, position training and SaaS solutions, and close higher-value deals.\n\nDuties & Responsibilities\n• Develop new business and expand Gauteng-based and national client relationships. \n\n• Manage Tier 2 accounts with annual spend potential of approximately R800,000 to R1,500,000. \n\n• Conduct discovery meetings with HR, Learning and Development, IT, procurement and executive stakeholders. \n\n• Position Professional Learning Programmes, learnerships, skills development solutions and SaaS offerings. \n\n• Create proposals, manage negotiations and support margin discipline aligned to business expectations. \n\n• Maintain CRM accuracy, forecast pipeline and progress opportunities through a disciplined sales process\n\nDesired Experience & Qualification\n\n IT training, technology and SaaS.\n\n Experience selling to HR Directors, Learning and Development Managers, CIOs, Procurement and Executive stakeholders. \n\n Experience with multi-stakeholder sales cycles and complex deal negotiation. \n\n 5+ years B2B sales experience in a target-driven environment. \n\n Proven consultative or solution selling experience. \n\n Track record of achieving revenue targets, preferably R5 million or more annually. \n\n Experience engaging corporate or enterprise clients.\n\n Proposal development, negotiation and stakeholder management experience. \n\n Strong commercial acumen and professional communication skills. \n\n Experience in learnerships, skills development or corporate education sales\n\nPackage & Remuneration\nMarket related salary based on experience, plus commission based on sales target.\n\nParticipation in the Employee Share Scheme after one year of continuous service
