The successful candidate will act as the architecture lead for defined initiatives within the client's Microsoft Power Platform landscape, designing secure, scalable, and supportable solutions across Power Platform, Azure, and connected enterprise systems.\nThe role combines architectural leadership with practical technical involvement, guiding delivery teams from concept and solution design through implementation, deployment, production stabilization, and continuous improvement.\n Act as the architecture lead for defined initiatives within the client's Power Platform landscape.\nTranslate business capabilities, functional requirements, and non-functional requirements into pragmatic end-to-end solution architectures.\nDesign end-to-end architectures covering Power Apps, Power Automate, Dataverse, Power Pages, Azure services, and external integrations.\nDefine solution boundaries, data models, integration patterns, security concepts, environment strategies, and deployment approaches.\nEvaluate and guide decisions between configuration, low-code, and custom development approaches.\nAssess the appropriate use of technologies such as React, PCF, Azure Functions, and other Azure components.\nEnsure solutions align with enterprise architecture, identity and access management, data protection, ALM, security, and operational support requirements.\nDefine and maintain appropriate environment strategies across development, testing, staging, and production.\nLead architecture reviews and document architecture decisions, assumptions, risks, dependencies, and exceptions.\nSupport solution estimation, backlog refinement, technical planning, and delivery planning with product owners and engineering teams.\nProvide technical guidance to developers and review solution designs, technical approaches, integration patterns, and deployment concepts.\nCoach delivery teams and promote consistent architecture and engineering practices.\nProvide technical leadership during critical releases, production stabilization, incident investigation, and root-cause analysis.\nIdentify and mitigate technical risks before they impact delivery or production.\nBalance governance and architectural standards with practical delivery needs, avoiding unnecessary complexity.\n 8+ years of solution architecture, solution design, or software engineering experience, including substantial hands-on experience designing enterprise Microsoft Power Platform solutions.\nProven experience designing and delivering production solutions spanning multiple applications, environments, systems, and integration endpoints.\nStrong expertise in Power Apps, Power Automate, Dataverse, and Power Platform architecture.\nStrong understanding of Dataverse data modelling, relationships, security roles, permissions, identity, and enterprise data architecture.\nStrong knowledge of REST APIs, integration patterns, connectors, and enterprise application integration.\nPractical experience with Microsoft Azure and designing solutions that integrate Power Platform with Azure services.\nHands-on experience with managed solutions, environment strategies, source control, Azure DevOps, and structured ALM practices.\nStrong understanding of CI/CD and deployment strategies for enterprise Power Platform solutions.\nAbility to define and assess non-functional requirements covering security, performance, scalability, availability, reliability, supportability, maintainability, and compliance.\nStrong understanding of Microsoft Entra ID and enterprise identity and access management concepts.\nExperience defining security architecture and data protection approaches for enterprise applications.\nExperience evaluating when to use configuration, low-code, custom development, or external services to achieve the appropriate solution architecture.\nPractical understanding of React, PCF controls, Azure Functions, Logic Apps, API Management, and/or event-driven integration is an advantage.\nExperience with Copilot Studio, AI Builder, and the architecture or governance of AI-enabled business solutions is an advantage.\nExperience with Power Pages and external-facing Power Platform solutions is an advantage.\nExperience supporting distributed, remote, or nearshore development teams is an advantage.\nMicrosoft Power Platform or Azure architecture certification, particularly PL-600, is an advantage.\nProven ability to facilitate architecture decisions with both technical and business stakeholders.\nStrong stakeholder-management and communication skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to different audiences.\nStrong experience producing clear, structured, and traceable architecture documentation and technical decisions.\nStrong analytical and problem-solving skills with a pragmatic, delivery-oriented approach.\nAbility to provide hands-on technical guidance and validate key architectural decisions without becoming disconnected from implementation realities.\nProfessional English communication skills, including strong written and verbal
