seamless CRM pipelines.\nJob Description\n Architecture & System Design:Design and build a modular, scalable, and secure architecture for an integrated ERP + CRM system.\nDefine data models, database schemas, and microservice/monolithic system boundaries optimized for business-critical processes.\nPlan for long-term maintainability, data integrity, high availability, and role-based access control (RBAC).\n\n Development & Engineering:Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code across backend services, APIs, and frontend interfaces.\nDevelop core CRM modules: Lead tracking, sales pipelines, customer management, automated communication workflows, and analytics.\nBuild core ERP modules: Financial management/accounting, order fulfillment, inventory management, supply chain tracking, and reporting.\nImplement robust third-party integrations (payment gateways, e-commerce platforms, email/communication APIs, external analytics).\n\nPerformance & Security:Ensure strict data security, compliance, and end-to-end audit logging for sensitive financial and customer data.\nOptimize database queries, API performance, and background job processing for high throughput.\n\nProject Execution:Translate complex business requirements and operational workflows into technical specifications and features.\nEstablish CI/CD pipelines, automated testing, and cloud infrastructure deployment standards.\n\nQualifications\n7+ years of hands-on experience in full-stack software development.\n Proven track record: Must have designed and delivered at least one complex custom ERP or CRM system from scratch (or heavily customized open-source ERP engines like Odoo, ERPNext, etc.).\nDeep understanding of complex business processes, including double-entry accounting logic, inventory forecasting, multi-currency handling, and sales pipeline management.\n Backend: Mastery in backend languages and frameworks (e.g., PHP/Laravel, Node.js/TypeScript, Python/Django, .NET Core, or Java/Spring Boot).\n Frontend: Proficiency in modern frontend frameworks (e.g., React, Vue.js, or Angular).\n Databases: Advanced expertise in relational databases (PostgreSQL, MySQL, SQL Server) with strong transactional integrity guarantees (ACID).\nAPI Design: Deep experience designing RESTful APIs or GraphQL endpoints.\n Security: Strong foundation in OAuth2/JWT, RBAC (Role-Based Access
