testing.\nSupport and maintain quality gates within CI/CD pipelines.\nOptimize applications for accessibility, browser compatibility, performance, observability, and maintainability.\nParticipate in code reviews and ensure adherence to development standards and best practices.\nIdentify technical debt and contribute to sustainable remediation strategies.\nCollaborate effectively with UX, solution architects, backend engineers, and business stakeholders.\nWork within Git-based development workflows, including pull requests and peer reviews.\nContribute to Azure DevOps workflows and CI/CD pipelines.\nCreate concise technical documentation covering architecture, implementation, integrations, and operational considerations.\nShare knowledge and provide technical guidance to other developers.\nCommunicate technical decisions, risks, dependencies, and blockers clearly and proactively.\n 7+ years of professional software development experience, with substantial recent hands-on experience in React and TypeScript.\nProven experience designing, developing, and maintaining production-grade React applications and scalable front-end architectures.\nStrong knowledge of modern React development, including functional components, hooks, state management, modular architecture, and asynchronous programming.\nStrong experience designing reusable components and UI libraries.\nHands-on experience integrating front-end applications with REST APIs and cloud-based services.\nExperience implementing secure authentication and authorization patterns.\nHands-on experience with unit, component, and end-to-end testing and front-end build tooling.\nStrong experience with Git, pull requests, code reviews, Azure DevOps, and CI/CD pipelines.\nStrong understanding of responsive design, web accessibility, cross-browser compatibility, web performance, observability, and secure web development.\nExperience identifying technical debt and implementing maintainable, scalable solutions.\nExperience collaborating with UX designers, architects, backend developers, and business stakeholders in a cross-functional environment.\nExperience creating technical documentation and conducting knowledge-transfer sessions.\nExperience with Microsoft Azure, particularly services such as Azure App Service, Azure Functions, API Management, or Microsoft Entra ID, is highly desirable.\nExperience integrating React with Microsoft Dataverse, Dynamics 365, or Power Platform, including Power Platform Component Framework (PCF) controls, is highly desirable.\nExperience with design systems, reusable UI component libraries, application telemetry, and structured software testing is a plus.\nStrong problem-solving and analytical skills with a pragmatic,
