targets are achieved while maintaining the highest standards of safety, quality, efficiency, people development, and continuous improvement.\n\nKey roles and responsibilities:\n\nMaintain a Safe and Healthy Work Environment\n\nComply with safety, health and environmental procedures and legislation\n\nMaintain safety and housekeeping standards\n\nOptimise Production Performance & Processes\n\nManages shift in accordance with VPO tools and principles\n\nManages shift to achieve production plan within the allowed costs\n\nCo-ordinate scheduled maintenance and autonomous operations\n\nMonitor and co-ordinate production processes to within budget\n\nInterpret and implement the production plan for shift\n\nEnsure and maintain a safe and healthy work environment\n\nBuild and foster relationships with customers and suppliers\n\nOptimise Team Performance\n\nFacilitate effective team dynamics\n\nImplement performance management and OPR processes\n\nCommunicate effectively in the workplace\n\nPerform Administration\n\nEnsure application of admin systems and procedures\n\nAdminister conditions of employment for team members\n\nContribute to self and team development\n\nPrepare and control budgets\n\nManage financial performance (prepare and manage budgets) and monthly financial Short Interval Control\n\nManage Human Resources\n\nDevelop employees\n\nEnsure a healthy industrial relations climate\n\nManage and apply people policies and practices\n\nMinimum Requirements:\n\nBSc Degree in Mechanical, Industrial, Automotive& Power or Electrical\n\nCompletion of an Ab InBev Packaging Traineeship\n\nExperience of managing and running a high-speed packaging line would be highly advantageous\n\nA superior performance track record
