From early industrialisation planning through pilot builds to serial production, you will help ensure that every launch is safe, efficient and production-ready.\nWhat you’ll do\nLead the team of Engineering Change Management team and NPI Engineers (team of 6)\nLead manufacturing-related activities within New Product Introduction (NPI) projects\nRepresent the Nagykanizsa plant in global project core teams\nDevelop and drive industrialisation project plans, milestones and launch activities\nCoordinate cross-functional collaboration across Engineering, Production, R&D, Product Management, Quality, Planning and Procurement, ECN team\nEnsure manufacturing processes, equipment, tooling, documentation, capacity and resources are ready for launch\nDefine manufacturing concepts, process flows, layouts and production strategies\nLead prototype and pilot builds, production trials and readiness reviews\nProactively identify industrialisation risks and drive mitigation actions\nCoordinate problem-solving, root cause analysis and preventive actions during pilot and launch phases\nSupport master data and change management activities related to new product implementation\nDrive Design for Manufacturing (DFM) and Design for Assembly (DFA) principles\nPromote Lean Manufacturing, continuous improvement and operational excellence\nCapture lessons learned and help continuously improve NPI processes, standards and ways of working\nWhat does success look like?\nYou’ll bring teams together around shared objectives, resources and timelines while ensuring the factory is fully prepared for successful product launches.\nWhat you’ll bring\nBachelor’s degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, Operations Management, Business Administration or a related field\nExperience in project management and leadership experience within a manufacturing or production environment\nExperience supporting or leading successful product launches\nExperience coordinating cross-functional projects and stakeholders\nStrong communication, organisational and problem-solving skills\nFluency in Hungarian and English\nConfident knowledge of Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint; Microsoft Project and SAP experience is an advantage\nA proactive, collaborative approach and a continuous improvement mindset\nInterested?\nJoin Nilfisk in Nagykanizsa and help shape how our next generation of products comes to life.\nIf this could be your next career step, we would love to hear from you.
