Based in Hungary, you will partner with leaders across Spanish, French, and English-speaking countries in the EMEA region, helping attract and hire talented professionals who will shape the future of our business.\nThis is a highly visible role where you'll combine strategic recruitment expertise, stakeholder management, and sourcing excellence to deliver an outstanding experience for both candidates and hiring managers.\nWhat You'll Do\nAs our Talent Acquisition Partner, you'll be acting as a trusted advisor to hiring managers across multiple countries and functions.\nYour key responsibilities will include:\nPartnering closely with hiring managers and HR Business Partners across EMEA to define recruitment strategies, hiring plans, and candidate requirements\nCreating compelling and engaging job advertisements that showcase the Nilfisk employer brand and attract top talent\nProactively sourcing and engaging candidates through LinkedIn and other channels, with a strong focus on direct sourcing\nConducting interviews, assessments, and candidate evaluations to identify the best talent for our business\nManaging recruitment activities within our Applicant Tracking System (Workday) while ensuring compliance with internal processes and local regulations\nDriving continuous improvement of recruitment processes, tools, and candidate experience initiatives\nCollaborating with external recruitment partners and agencies when required\nSupporting and professionalising the onboarding experience for new colleagues\nProviding guidance and market insights to support effective hiring decisions\nWhat We're Looking For\nTo succeed in this role, you'll bring a strong recruitment background, excellent stakeholder management skills, and experience working in an international environment.\nWe imagine you have:\nProven experience in Talent Acquisition, preferably within an international commercial organisation\nExperience partnering with stakeholders across different countries and cultures\nFluency in Spanish, French, and English; additional language skills are considered a strong advantage\nExperience recruiting commercial and business-related profiles\nExperience using assessment tools and interpreting assessment reports\nA proactive sourcing mindset and confidence in identifying and engaging passive candidates\nThe ability to influence, challenge, and advise stakeholders while building strong business relationships\nWhy Join Nilfisk?\nAt Nilfisk, you'll become part of a global company with a strong heritage and an ambitious future.
