We're building an agentic workforce for treasury - AI agents that reconcile cash, forecast liquidity and automate finance ops across every bank and ERP, in one connected system for Treasury, AR and AP.\nWe're a Series A company backed by Bessemer Venture Partners, Felicis, Perpetual Growth and Better Tomorrow Ventures, led by a team of ex-fintech pros transforming the finance function.\nAbout the Role\nWe’re looking for a highly motivated, tech-savvy Technical Operations Engineer to join our Customer Operations team at Nilus AI.\nThis is a hands-on role at the intersection of technology, customers, operations, and product, offering an opportunity to gain experience, take ownership, and make a real impact.\nYou'll work directly with customers, manage technical implementation processes, solve technical challenges, and help us improve and automate how we work.\nWe're looking for someone who is curious, resourceful, technically strong, and eager to learn. Someone who enjoys figuring things out, takes initiative, and uses technology and AI to find smarter ways of working.\nWhat You'll Do\nOwn Technical Implementations: Manage bank connectivity setups, system integrations, and technical onboarding processes from start to finish.\nSolve Technical Challenges: Troubleshoot integrations, investigate connectivity issues, analyze data, and find practical solutions.\nBuild & Automate: Use AI and automation tools to streamline workflows, reduce manual work, and improve operational efficiency.\nBridge Operations & Product: Identify product gaps, suggest improvements, and collaborate with Product and Engineering teams.\nTake Ownership: Proactively drive tasks and technical challenges through resolution, working independently and collaboratively when needed.\nWhat We're Looking For\n1-3 Years of Relevant Experience: Background in technical operations, implementations, integrations, Product Operations, or similar technical roles.\nStrong Technical Aptitude: Ability to understand systems, troubleshoot technical issues, and learn new technologies quickly.\nAI Proficiency: Hands-on experience using AI tools to solve problems, build solutions, and automate workflows.\nExcellent English: Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the confidence to work directly with international customers.\nProblem-Solving & Ownership: Curious, resourceful, and proactive, with a willingness to take responsibility and figure things out.\nHigh Motivation & Adaptability: Fast learner with a strong work ethic, a hands-on attitude, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced startup environment.\nNice to Have\nFamiliarity with APIs, SFTP, file formats, or system integrations.\nExperience in a B2B SaaS environment.\nBackground in fintech,
