From celebrating wins to supporting each other through challenges, we’re in this together.\nJob Purpose:\nTo manage the collections, productivity, and administrative performance of a team of Collections Agents, ensuring targets are met while maintaining high-quality standards and supporting team growth.\nKey Performance Areas:\nUnder the guidance of the Operations Manager, you will be responsible for (but not limited to):\nLeading and driving performance across collections, productivity, and quality targets\nManaging daily team activities and ensuring agents are motivated, supported, and equipped to succeed\nActing as the escalation point for complex queries and customer complaints\nEnsuring compliance with business policies, industry regulations, and legislative requirements\nConducting regular performance reviews, coaching sessions, and staff development initiatives\nMonitoring and analysing team performance metrics to drive continuous improvement\nSubmitting accurate and timeous reporting to management\nManaging all administrative functions related to your team\nPerforming ad-hoc duties as required\nWhat You Need:\nA minimum of 2 years working experience in a Team Management role\nA minimum of 2 years Management experience in a Collections Outbound environment\n\nProficient in MS Office at an intermediate level:\nMS Word\nMS Excel\nMS Outlook\nCredit and Criminal clear\nSkills, Knowledge & Attributes:\nStrong financial acumen and understanding of collections metrics\nPerformance-driven and target-oriented\nSkilled in conflict management and problem-solving\nProactive team player with strong leadership presence\nExcellent administrative and time management discipline\nStrong communication and interpersonal skills\nAbility to give and receive feedback constructively\nCommitted to customer-centric behaviour (TCF principles)\nHigh attention to detail and organisational excellence\nWillingness to learn and continuously improve\nRemuneration & Benefits:\nCompetitive basic salary\nCommission earning potential\nBenefits fully funded by Nimble:\nFuneral Cover\nLife Cover\nDisability Cover\nMedical Cover (effective after successful completion of probation)\n\nWorking Hours:\nMonday - Friday\nUp to 9 hours/day (when not working Saturday)\nUp to 8 hours/day (when working Saturday)\nShifted between 07:00 - 20:30, as agreed with management \nSaturdays\nMaximum of 2 Saturdays per month\nShifted between 08:00 - 14:00, as agreed with management\nReady to Apply?\nApply today and take the next step in your career with us.
