This role serves as the primary on-site leader, ensuring work is executed safely, efficiently, and in accordance with project plans, specifications, and company standards.\nThe ideal candidate is a hands-on leader with strong commercial construction experience, excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple trades in fast-paced environments.\nResponsibilities \nLead and supervise daily construction activities on job sites.\nCoordinate and direct subcontractors, vendors, and field personnel.\nEnsure projects are completed safely, on schedule, and within quality expectations.\nRead and interpret construction drawings, specifications, and project schedules.\nConduct daily safety meetings and enforce OSHA and company safety standards.\nMonitor project progress and proactively resolve field issues.\nCoordinate material deliveries, equipment, and labor resources.\nPerform quality inspections and ensure work meets project specifications.\nCollaborate with project managers, engineers, facility teams, and customers.\nMaintain accurate daily reports, progress updates, and documentation.\nAssist with project planning, scheduling, and site logistics.\nIdentify opportunities to improve productivity and reduce project delays.\nSupport commissioning, turnover, and final project closeout activities.\nTravel to project sites as needed (up to 25%).\nRequired Qualifications\n5+ years of commercial or industrial construction experience.\n2+ years of experience leading field crews or serving as a foreman.\nStrong understanding of commercial construction methods and building systems.\nAbility to read blueprints, construction drawings, and project specifications.\nKnowledge of OSHA regulations and commitment to workplace safety.\nExperience coordinating multiple subcontractors and trades.\nExcellent leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills.\nStrong verbal and written communication abilities.\nValid driver’s license and ability to travel up to 25%.\nAbility to lift up to 50 pounds and work in active construction environments.\nPreferred Qualifications\nExperience with warehouse, manufacturing, or distribution center construction.\nExperience supporting automation or robotics installations.\nOSHA 30 Certification.\nFirst Aid/CPR certification.\nExperience using Procore, Bluebeam, Microsoft Project, or similar construction management software.\nMechanical, electrical, or industrial construction experience is a plus.\nWhat Success Looks Like\nProjects delivered safely, on time, and within scope.\nStrong relationships with subcontractors and project stakeholders.\nHigh-quality workmanship with minimal punch list items.\nEffective coordination between field operations and project management.\nContinuous focus on safety, efficiency, and operational excellence.\nAdditional Requirements\nCompensation\nThe pay range for this position at the start of employment is expected to bebetween $80,000 - $105,000/year. Your exact offer may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
