As our iconic and emerging brands continue to evolve, we offer unique opportunities for you to bring fresh ideas, innovate, and make your mark on the future of Australian media.\nJob Description\nWe are looking for a dedicated People & Culture Coordinator on a 12-month contract, to provide a high-class people experience by delivering consistent, personalised support across the entire employee lifecycle. You will be a first point of contact for our leaders and employees, known for providing high-quality, solutions-focused advice in a fast-paced environment.\nDay to day you will:\nFacilitate and create specific contract documentation for new starters and internal movements, ensuring quality delivery within agreed service levels.\n\nManage the Workday inbox to review tasks, approve workflows, and generate data insights to assist in employee management.\n\nProvide guidance on Awards and Enterprise Agreements to ensure compliance for contract preparation.\n\nAssist with visa processes to ensure strict adherence to immigration legislation and company policy.\n\nDrive the continuous optimisation of systems and processes to enhance the overall customer experience.\n\nPartner with the Talent Acquisition team and business leaders to support recruitment-related systems and processes.\n\nSupport People & Culture initiatives and provide ad-hoc administrative assistance to ensure seamless service delivery.\n\nWhat you'll bring:\nProven experience in a HR support or coordination role, including handling HR documentation and employee records management.\n\nExposure to HR policies, compliance requirements, and industrial instruments such as EBAs and Awards.\n\nExceptional communication skills and the confidence to build strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels.\n\nA pragmatic approach to problem-solving and a resilient mindset suited for a high-pressure environment.\n\nOutstanding attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple HR processes simultaneously.\n\nStrong time management skills with a passion for delivering superior customer service and employee experience.\n\nWhile not essential, a tertiary qualification in HR and experience with Workday (or other HRIS), ServiceNow (or similar platforms) and Google Workspace is highly regarded.\n\nAdditional Information\nHow we work\nAt Nine, our flexible work options vary by role and team.
