Reporting to the Client Success Lead, you will play a central role in driving corporate client satisfaction, managing digital and print accounts, and delivering exceptional post-sale support across our market-leading portfolio.\nDay to day you will:\nOnboard corporate subscription clients across print and digital platforms to ensure seamless, timely access.\nManage and renew existing accounts within the Team Licence portfolio while proactively identifying upselling and growth opportunities. \nDeliver prompt, engaging support for inbound and outbound client enquiries via phone and email.\nTroubleshoot technical access issues and deliver dedicated ongoing post-sale care.\nMaintain accurate client records, user access rights, and publication preferences.\nDrive data accuracy in Salesforce and compile insightful customer satisfaction reports.\nWhat you'll bring:\nStrong written and verbal communication skills with a proactive, customer-first mindset.\nA commercial curiosity and eagerness to identify account growth opportunities.\nHigh attention to detail with excellent time management and organisational capabilities.\nDigital literacy across MS Office and Google Suite; familiarity with Salesforce or CRMs is a bonus.\nA collaborative team spirit with the confidence to take initiative in a fast-paced environment.\nAdditional Information\nHow we work\nAt Nine, our flexible work options vary by role and team.
