As our iconic and emerging brands continue to evolve, we offer unique opportunities for you to bring fresh ideas, innovate, and make your mark on the future of Australian media.\nJob Description\nReporting to the Growth Performance Lead, this high-impact role sits at the intersection of product, marketing, and digital delivery and brings subscriber acquisition strategies to life. You will work closely with cross-functional Marketing, Data, Product, and Engineering teams to ensure a flawless user journey.\nBased in the Publishing Operations and Strategy team, you will focus on building, testing, and managing subscription campaigns, conversion-focused landing pages, and paywall configurations. You will maintain digital assets, support A/B testing, and ensure all site updates align with broader business objectives.\nResponsibilities\nDay-to-day, you will:\nMaintain and update digital experiences, including paywalls, header links, meters, and registration walls, using Piano.\nExecute on-site messaging for sales and content-led campaigns with the Publishing Growth team.\nConduct thorough QA and edit CSS to onboard new components into Piano alongside Product teams.\nImplement site updates, notices, and price rises to reflect evolving business goals.\nBuild and QA technical setups for digital experiments and A/B tests.\nCoordinate with cross-functional working groups to launch new digital products.\nAct as the first point of contact for digital production issues and escalate complex bugs.\nQualifications\nWhat you'll bring:\nDemonstrated experience as a Digital Producer or Content Producer within media, publishing, or e-commerce.\nHands-on confidence editing HTML and CSS for landing pages and web components.\nPractical experience using Piano or similar paywall and entitlement tools.\nProven ability to manage multiple campaign rollouts under tight deadlines.\nFamiliarity with CRO principles, Google Analytics, and A/B testing platforms.\nExceptional stakeholder management skills across technical and marketing teams.\nAdditional Information\nHow we work\nAt Nine, our flexible work options vary by role and team.
