Egypt is looking for an experienced Financial Manager to oversee the company’s financial operations and support management with accurate financial reporting, analysis, and planning.\nThe role will be responsible for managing day-to-day financial activities, monitoring financial performance, ensuring proper financial controls, and providing management with the financial insights needed to support business decisions.\nJob Responsibilities\nOversee the company’s day-to-day financial and accounting activities.\n\nPrepare and review periodic financial reports, budgets, forecasts, and financial statements.\n\nMonitor cash flow, revenues, expenses, receivables, and payables.\n\nEnsure accurate and timely recording of financial transactions.\n\nMonitor the company’s financial performance and highlight significant variances and risks to management.\n\nPrepare financial analysis and reports to support business planning and decision-making.\n\nDevelop and monitor annual budgets and financial forecasts.\n\nEnsure proper financial controls and procedures are implemented and maintained.\n\nCoordinate with the accounting team to ensure accurate books and records.\n\nFollow up on accounts receivable and payable and ensure timely settlements.\n\nMonitor expenses and identify opportunities to improve cost efficiency.\n\nCoordinate with external auditors, banks, tax advisors, and other financial stakeholders when required.\n\nEnsure compliance with applicable accounting, tax, and financial regulations.\n\nReview financial documents, contracts, and transactions from a financial perspective.\n\nSupport management in evaluating new business opportunities and financial decisions.\n\nProvide regular financial updates and recommendations to senior management.\n\nRequirements\nBachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.\n\n5–7 years of relevant experience in finance and accounting, with previous experience in a supervisory or managerial role.\n\nStrong knowledge of financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, cash flow management, and financial analysis.\n\nStrong understanding of accounting principles and financial controls.\n\nExcellent knowledge of Microsoft Excel and financial reporting tools.\n\nExperience with accounting or ERP systems.\n\nStrong analytical and problem-solving skills.\n\nExcellent organizational and time-management skills.\n\nStrong communication and stakeholder management skills.\n\nHigh attention to detail and accuracy.\n\nAbility to work independently and manage multiple
