As our iconic and emerging brands continue to evolve, we offer unique opportunities for you to bring fresh ideas, innovate, and make your mark on the future of Australian media.\nJob Description\nThe Reporting Analyst will be responsible for implementing and maintaining Nine’s suite of reports, enabling business stakeholders to access the necessary data to perform their everyday roles. In this role, you will deliver both basic and complex reports, apply high attention to detail, and leverage Nine’s Enterprise reporting capability to drive meaningful business outcomes.\nDay to day you will:\nDevelop and deliver accurate and timely reporting and insights on consumer, product, content, sales, and marketing performance.\nCreate clear and compelling dashboards and data visualisations using Domo or Looker Studio to present complex data to business stakeholders.\nWork closely with key business stakeholders (such as Sales, Programming, Product Managers, and Marketing) to understand their reporting needs and deliver tailored solutions.\nUse intermediate SQL to extract and manipulate data from the data warehouse, while utilising research tools (e.g., TVMAP, IPSOS, Roy Morgan, CMV) and Nine proprietary tools.\nMaintain existing reporting suites, respond to sales and research requests, and help automate workflows to streamline reporting processes.\nQualifications\nWhat you’ll bring:\nTwo years of experience in a reporting or data analysis role.\nProficiency or desire to grow skills in SQL, alongside experience with data visualisation tools like Domo, Tableau, or Looker Studio (Domo preferred).\nBasic understanding of data warehousing concepts (e.g., BigQuery), data modeling principles, and strong data integrity standards.\nExcellent communication skills to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders, strong attention to detail, and a collaborative mindset.\nFamiliarity with the media industry and audience currency data (e.g., OzTAM, VOZ, IPSOS) is desirable.\nStrong proficiency in Excel and / or Google Sheets. \nAdditional Information\nHow we work\nAt Nine, our flexible work options vary by role and team.
