But if you're into gambling, adult entertainment, or crypto, we’re not your place.\nWhat You’ll Do\nDrive 2-3 projects in the active stage from start to finish and deliver value to our customers.\nDefine project requirements and deliverables, plan and manage their execution, monitoring and adjustments.\nInterpretation of business requirements to the technical team and vice versa. Estimating development efforts.\nParticipating in customer calls and providing a project update to the customer.\nOrganizing and keeping up-to-date Project boards. Documenting tasks: timeline, user stories and developer's tasks incl. detailed Acceptance Criteria.\nCoordinating the development teams including QA and designers.\nTesting the system before the releases.\nTaking full responsibility and ownership for project delivery. Monitor project progress, identify potential risks or bottlenecks, and proactively address them\nHelping with onboarding newcomers and mentoring Junior PMs.\nRequirements\nWho We’re Looking For\n 4+ years of managing software development projects (Web and Mobile, AI/ML will be a plus).\nIT background (technical understanding of web and mobile application development).\nExcellent communication and presentation skills to communicate effectively with customers and project teams.\nExperience in managing projects in Agile and Waterfall environments.\nKnowledge of business analysis and process description, incl use cases, user stories, visual thinking/drawing.\nExperience in distributed teams management.\nManual testing experience.\nAbility to work independently and with a team in a dynamic
