In this role, you will create intuitive, user-centered, and visually compelling experiences for AI-driven platforms, mobile apps, and web applications. You will work closely with product managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to develop solutions that balance user needs and business goals. You will also get to design for products across all sorts of industries and platforms, making this an exciting place to exercise your design muscles.\nThis role requires a high level of creativity, collaboration, and attention to detail. The ideal candidate has a strong background in UI/UX design, an eye for aesthetics, and a passion for delivering exceptional user experiences.\nKey Responsibilities\nContribute to the design process from concept to implementation for individual clients and NineTwoThree projects following industry best practices and company procedures.\nDeliver well-structured Figma boards with components, symbols and brand styles that remain consistent throughout the design process and have a single source of truth for all elements that update entire systems.\nDevelop wireframes, interactions, and high-fidelity UI designs using Figma.\nCreate prototypes when delivering design ideas to illustrate different design solutions and test hypotheses.\nCollaborate with product managers, engineers, and stakeholders to translate complex requirements into user-friendly designs.\nPrepare high-quality, developer-ready designs covering most edge cases and ensure smooth handoff to engineering teams, providing specs, assets, and documentation as needed. \nExplore ways to optimize the design process, including using AI tools, and share findings with the team\nPresent and explain design ideas to teammates and clients, grounding your rationale in user needs, business goals, and established design principles.\nParticipate Actively in multiple projects simultaneously.\nStay updated with UI/UX standards and guidelines to ensure our applications are intuitive and follow familiar patterns.\nRequirements\nRequirements\nAt least 3 years as a UI/UX Designer, with a portfolio that shows user flows, usability and visual design for established brands.\nExperience designing for AI-driven applications.\nExperience designing responsive mobile and web apps, and working knowledge of Material Design and Apple's Human Interface Guidelines.\nStrong visual fundamentals: typography, composition, layout, grids and colour, with close attention to detail.\nAdvanced Figma: team libraries, auto layout, component properties and prototyping.\nExperience contributing to a shared design system and giving and receiving design feedback.\nComfortable in a fast-paced agile environment with clear processes, tight deadlines and several projects at once.\nClear written and spoken communication, working remotely and asynchronously across departments.\nUpper-Intermediate English (B2) or higher.Will be an advantage:\n\nHands-on use of AI tools, such as Claude, Cursor or Codex, in the design workflow.\nExperience building working prototypes in code with AI tools such as Claude or Cursor (React, Next.js, Tailwind).\nInteraction design experience: states, transitions between steps, feedback and edge cases.\nYou’ll Thrive If You:\nEnjoy designing non-trivial web apps \nLike to be challenged and learn fast\nCan work independently through the full design cycle\nCommunicate clearly in writing and through presentations\nYou Might Struggle If You:\nTake weeks to deliver results\nAre not used to feedback from Product Managers, Engineers and QAs\nRely solely on visual aesthetics or general design trends\nBenefits\nHiring process:\nWe value your time and ours and make the process fast and easy.
