the Role\nNinja is looking for a detail-oriented Maintenance Cost Control and Performance Specialist to manage maintenance budgets, monitor expenditure, optimize costs, and improve financial and operational performance across our stores and facilities.\nThe role will focus on budget control, financial reporting, vendor cost management, invoice reconciliation, and performance analysis to ensure cost efficiency and financial accuracy.\nKey Responsibilities\nPrepare and monitor maintenance OPEX and CAPEX budgets, actual expenditure, forecasts, commitments, and accruals.\nReconcile work orders, quotations, purchase orders, invoices, approvals, and payment status.\nMonitor maintenance contracts (AMC), vendor pricing, and contract utilization.\nIdentify duplicate charges, unsupported costs, warranty-covered repairs, and cost-saving opportunities.\nDevelop weekly and monthly dashboards covering maintenance costs, work orders, SLA compliance, PPM achievement, and vendor performance.\nAnalyze maintenance costs by store, asset, region, and work-order category.\nValidate asset replacement requests and assess repair-versus-replace decisions.\nPrepare monthly financial and performance reports for management.\nCoordinate with Finance, Procurement, Area Maintenance Managers, and Facilities Coordinators.\nRequirements\nBachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Engineering, or Business Administration.\nMinimum 5 years of relevant experience in cost control, budgeting, or financial performance.\nStrong knowledge of OPEX and CAPEX budget monitoring and forecasting.\nExperience in purchase order and invoice reconciliation.\nAdvanced Microsoft Excel skills, including formulas, PivotTables, and Power Query.\nStrong analytical, reporting, and problem-solving skills.\nExperience with ERP systems.\nPreferred Qualifications\nExperience in facilities management, maintenance, retail, or multi-site operations.\nPower BI proficiency.\nFamiliarity with FSM/CAFM maintenance management systems.\nExperience in vendor cost management and AMC
