You will coordinate onboarding activities, support new hire orientation and integration, maintain onboarding documentation, and work closely with different departments to ensure employees are well prepared for their start and transition into the organization.\nResponsibilities:\nCoordinate the onboarding process for new employees from offer acceptance through their initial integration into the organization.\nServe as a primary HR contact for new employees during the onboarding period and provide support throughout their transition.\nCoordinate and support new employee orientation sessions, including induction schedules and required onboarding information.\nCoordinate with Talent Acquisition, HR Operations, Government Relations, IT, Administration, and hiring managers to ensure onboarding readiness.\nFollow up on system access, equipment, workstations, email accounts, documentation, and other requirements before the employee's joining date.\nCollect, review, and maintain accurate onboarding documentation and employee records in coordination with HR Operations.\nMonitor onboarding checklists and follow up on outstanding onboarding activities and requirements.\nFollow up with new employees during their initial employment period and support probation-related activities with hiring managers and HR Operations.\nAddress onboarding-related inquiries and escalate issues to the relevant HR team when required.\nGather onboarding feedback and support initiatives to improve the onboarding process and employee experience.\nRequirements\nBachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.\n1-3 years of experience in Human Resources, Employee Onboarding, HR Operations, or Employee Services.\nExperience coordinating onboarding activities with multiple departments and stakeholders.\nGood understanding of employee onboarding processes and HR operational practices.\nStrong organizational and time management skills.\nExcellent communication and interpersonal skills.\nStrong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.\nAbility to handle confidential employee information with professionalism and discretion.\nProficiency in Microsoft Office and HR systems or
