You will also help identify performance gaps, track key KPIs, and recommend improvements to enhance overall efficiency.\nKey Responsibilities\nPrepare and consolidate periodic performance reports for the Real Estate Management department.\nDevelop and maintain performance dashboards to monitor key KPIs across sourcing, negotiation, contracts, collections, and licensing.\nAnalyze performance data and compare actual results against approved targets and timelines.\nIdentify performance trends, delays, and areas for improvement.\nReview site visit reports and licensing files to ensure accuracy and completeness.\nFollow up with relevant teams to collect and validate performance data.\nHighlight performance gaps and provide recommendations for improvement.\nSupport management in preparing reports and presentations.\nMaintain the confidentiality and accuracy of commercial and operational data.\nRequirements\nBachelor’s degree in Data Analytics, Business Administration, Statistics, or a related field.\nMinimum of 2 years of experience in performance analysis, business analysis, or management reporting.\nAdvanced Microsoft Excel skills.\nExperience in developing KPI dashboards;
