are looking for an experienced Returns Team Leader to join our Warehouse team and lead daily returns receiving, verification, inventory accuracy, product disposition, and team coordination activities.\nResponsibilities:\nLead daily receiving and processing of returned products within the Central Warehouse.\nVerify returned quantities, item details, condition, return reasons, and supporting documents.\nEnsure returned products are correctly recorded in WMS/system records and maintain full traceability.\nInvestigate and resolve quantity, item, documentation, and inventory discrepancies with Stock Control and relevant teams.\nEnsure returned products are properly segregated and classified based on condition and approved disposition.\nCoordinate with Quality Assurance for product condition assessment when required.\nEnsure damaged, expired, rejected, or non-conforming products are not returned to available stock without proper approval.\nCoordinate products approved for restocking, supplier return, disposal, or other approved disposition.\nLead and allocate daily tasks based on return volumes, workload, and operational priorities.\nMonitor team productivity, accuracy, attendance, and compliance with warehouse procedures and safety standards.\nMaintain accurate return records and prepare daily/periodic operational reports.\nMonitor return KPIs, identify recurring issues, and support process improvement initiatives.\nEscalate significant return issues, quality concerns, or operational delays to the Inbound Manager.\nRequirements\n3-5 years of relevant experience in warehouse operations, returns, inbound, inventory control, or a related field.\nRelevant Warehouse, Inventory, Logistics, or Supply Chain certification is an advantage.\nPrevious Team Leader or operational coordination experience is preferred.\nStrong knowledge of warehouse returns, receiving, product verification, and inventory movements.\nExperience handling returned products and verifying quantity, condition, item details, and documentation.\nGood understanding of inventory accuracy, stock discrepancies, and WMS transactions.\nKnowledge of damaged stock, expiry control, product segregation, and disposition processes.\nExperience using WMS and warehouse operational systems.\nStrong leadership and ability to coordinate frontline warehouse teams and allocate daily workload.\nGood problem-solving, communication, organization, and reporting skills.\nAbility to work in a fast-paced, high-volume warehouse environment and support rotational shifts, weekends, or public holidays when
