We have much room for improvement and many ideas that will further shape the industry.\nAbout the Role:\nThe Recovery Officer is responsible for leading the daily operations of the Recovery Team to ensure efficient handling of problematic, recovered, returned, damaged, and unclaimed parcels. The role oversees the performance of Recovery Operations Associates and Assistants by ensuring compliance with company policies, operational procedures, service level agreements (SLAs), and recovery objectives.
