recruitment offline channels to develop regional candidate sources.\nRequirement:\nBachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.\nMinimum 3 years of experience in Talent Acquisition or Recruitment.\nStrong stakeholder management, communication, and networking skills.\nProven experience in end-to-end recruitment, including sourcing, selection, and onboarding.\nFamiliarity with LinkedIn, ATS platforms (e.g., Lever), and recruitment channels.\nStrong problem-solving, decision-making, and organizational skills.\nGood understanding of recruitment
