We have much room for improvement and many ideas that will further shape the industry.\nAbout the Unit:\nThe Fulfillment Unit is responsible for both the warehouse operations and sales requirements, ensuring proper execution of business strategies by managing the operations, coordinating with external and internal stakeholders (Sales and Finance Teams), and onboarding of new accounts and clients.\nWork Location: Danglag, Consolacion, Cebu\nKey Responsibilities\nSupervise daily warehouse operations to meet fulfillment, dispatch, and inbound targets.\n\nMonitor inventory accuracy, stock movements, order quality, and RTS processing.\n\nAllocate manpower, monitor productivity, and coach team members to ensure operational efficiency.\n\nTrack operational KPIs, prepare performance reports, investigate discrepancies, and implement corrective actions.\n\nControl packaging materials, consumables, labor costs, and other operational expenses.\n\nEnsure compliance with warehouse SOPs, WMS processes, safety standards, and 5S practices.\n\nIdentify process improvements and coordinate with relevant teams to resolve operational issues.\n\nQualifications\nBachelor’s degree in any field preferred;
