There are ample opportunities and challenges to be solved at scale and in real-time.\nJob location: Mumbai\nResponsibilities\nSupply planning & Inventory management - Ensuring 100% fill rate for defined SKUs,\nidentifying sources of supply, monitoring & tracking stocks to ensure low wastage while\nmaintaining optimal supply.\nCost Savings - Monitor and track price trends across markets to base sourcing decisions,\nstrategically optimize supply sources to improve margins, identify opportunities to reduce\ncosts across the supply leg.\nVendor Management - Identifying and on-boarding vendors, price negotiations, monthly/\nweekly vendor reconciliations, credit cycle management, vendor relationship management,\ntrack and monitor vendor scores/ performance & develop ways to improve stickiness with\nNinjacart.\nStakeholder Management - Coordinate across various internal stakeholders effectively -\nCategory, Supply Chain team, Finance & quality with the ability to drive discussions.\nA Ninja is resilient, smart, and ambitious.
