Together, we look after 500+ employees in Germany, Romania, Spain and the UK. In this role, you will be responsible for administering and optimizing HR processes throughout the entire employee lifecycle, from onboarding to offboarding. You will play a key role in enhancing employee experience and ensuring compliance with labor regulations. This position requires a hands-on approach and the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.\nLocation - Berlin, Germany\nWhat You'll be Doing\n\nServe as the reliable HR contact for both employees and managers\nOversee the entire employee lifecycle, from onboarding to offboarding, including contract & employer letter management, absence and parental leave administration\nLiaise with immigration, customs, financial authorities (case coordination)\nMaintain HRIS records and ensure accuracy in employee data, including payroll-relevant fields such as salary, bonus, start and end dates, absences and cost center changes\nPrepare and submit payroll inputs ahead of each cut-off, coordinating with managers, Finance and our payroll providers and following up on open items\nAdminister benefits enrolment across locations, including enrolling UK hires in private medical insurance (PMI) when they join\nSupport audits and compliance reviews by keeping payroll and benefits documentation complete and easy to retrieve\nSupport People projects (process improvement, documentation, workflows)\nAbout You\nEducation:Bachelor’s degree preferred\n\nExperience:2-4 years’ experience in HR Operations or Generalist roles\nStrong command of HRIS and Excel/Sheets\n\nSkills and Proficiency:Strong interpersonal and relationship building skills\nExceptional attention to detail, with the ability to work autonomously and be self-motivated\nGood knowledge of German labor law \nAbility to prioritize and manage volume \nClear communication \nStrong data accuracy and system fluency \nCustomer service mindset \nEnd-to-end process ownership\nFluent in English & German, Romanian or Spanish would be a plus\n\nAbout Us \nNinjaOne unifies IT to simplify work for nearly 40,000 customers in 140+ countries.
