You'll collaborate closely with Software Engineering, SRE, QA, Product Management, Release Management, and Security teams to build scalable, secure, and highly automated software delivery platforms.\nLocation - Hybrid, Singapore\nWhat You’ll be Doing\nProduction Deployment & Release Engineering\nLead the planning, coordination, and execution of software deployments into production environments, ensuring high availability, minimal downtime, and predictable releases. \nShare ownership of production deployment operations with the US Platform Engineering team, providing global coverage and operational continuity across production environments. \nPartner with Engineering, SRE, QA, Release Managers, and Product teams to plan, coordinate, and execute production software releases, maintenance windows, and emergency deployments while ensuring deployment readiness, operational stability, and clear stakeholder communication.\nDevelop and maintain deployment standards, release readiness processes, rollback procedures, and operational playbooks. \nLead post-release reviews and drive continuous improvements that increase deployment reliability and reduce operational risk. \nServe as the technical escalation point during complex production deployments and critical release activities. \nDeployment Engineering & Automation\nDesign and implement automated deployment solutions that improve software delivery speed, consistency, and reliability. \nBuild reusable deployment frameworks, standardized deployment workflows, and self-service deployment capabilities. \nLead CI/CD modernization initiatives using CircleCI and related technologies. \nIdentify opportunities to eliminate repetitive operational work through automation and engineering solutions. \nImprove deployment frequency, release quality, and engineering efficiency through continuous process improvements. \nTechnical Leadership\nProvide technical leadership and mentorship to DevOps engineers and software engineering teams. \nDrive engineering best practices, deployment standards, and operational excellence. \nCollaborate with Architecture, Engineering, and Platform leadership on strategic platform initiatives. \nCommunicate project status, technical risks, and delivery milestones to stakeholders and leadership. \nAbout You\n7-10+ years of experience in DevOps, Platform Engineering, Build & Release Engineering, Cloud Infrastructure, or related disciplines. \nDemonstrated experience leading technical initiatives and mentoring engineers. \nStrong experience supporting and automating production software deployments in cloud environments. \nDeep expertise building enterprise-scale CI/CD pipelines using CircleCI, GitHub Actions, Bitbucket Pipelines, Jenkins, GitLab CI, or similar platforms. \nStrong experience with Infrastructure as Code using Terraform, AWS CDK, CloudFormation, or Ansible. \nExperience managing artifact repositories such as JFrog Artifactory. \nExperience designing deployment automation, release orchestration, and software delivery workflows. \nStrong understanding of Git workflows, branching strategies, pull request processes, and release management. \nStrong scripting or programming experience using Python, Go, Bash, or similar languages. \nStrong communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills. \nGood-to-have:\nExperience with Kubernetes and container orchestration. \nExperience with AWS services and cloud-native architectures. \nExperience integrating DevSecOps capabilities including SAST, SCA, DAST, SBOM generation, secrets management, and policy enforcement. \nExperience improving engineering productivity and DORA metrics. \nBachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related technical field (preferred). \nAbout Us\nNinjaOne unifies IT to simplify work for nearly 40,000 customers in 140+ countries. \nThe NinjaOne Unified IT Operations Platform delivers endpoint management, autonomous patching, backup, and remote access in a single console to improve efficiency, increase resilience, and reduce spend.
