Evaluate opportunities, set priorities, and make trade-offs that deliver the most value to customers and the business.\nEndpoint Management Capabilities Drive product direction for core features such as automations, policies, agent behaviour, configuration models, and other foundational capabilities used across the platform.\nCross-Functional Collaboration Work closely with engineering, design, support, and other stakeholders to bring new capabilities from concept to delivery, ensuring features are well-defined, usable, and solve real customer problems.\nCustomer & Market Insight Engage with customers, MSPs, and internal teams to understand how endpoint management is used in practice. Translate those insights into product improvements and new capabilities.\nProduct Craft & Execution Write clear product requirements, defineworkflowsand edge cases, and ensure features are delivered to a high standard. Iterate based on feedback and usage data.\nPlatform & Ecosystem Thinking Ensure core platform capabilities work cohesively across NinjaOne and enable other product areas to build on top of them effectively.\nOther duties as needed\nAbout You\nBachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field \n5+ years of experience in IT or technical roles such as managing or working in an IT helpdesk, at an MSP, or in an internal IT team.\n2+ years ofProduct Management experiencein an RMM/Endpoint Management role\nBackground in system administration, such as:\nWindows, macOS, or Linux administration\nEndpoint management, device configuration, automation, or scripting\nExperience in MSP, internal IT, or infrastructure-focused roles\nDeep understanding of how IT teams manage endpoints in real-world environments.\nComfortable working closely with engineers and understanding technical concepts without needing to write production code.\nProven ability to take product features from idea to delivery and iterate based on customer feedback.\nStrong written and verbal communication skills.\nData-informed decision maker who balances customer needs, product quality, and business priorities.\nAble to influence and align stakeholders without formal authority.\nExperience working in a collaborative, multi-PM environment is a plus.\nMust be able to work Eastern Time zone hours,with a mandatory start time of 8:00AM ET\nAbout Us\nNinjaOne unifies IT to simplify work for nearly 40,000 customers in 140+ countries.\nThe NinjaOne Unified IT Operations Platform delivers endpoint management, autonomous patching, backup, and remote access in a single console to improve efficiency, increase resilience, and reduce spend.
