NinjaTrader is seeking a Trading Operations Associate to join our dynamic Trade Desk, Operations, and Risk Management teams. In this role, you'll support our brokerage customers with trade-related assistance through world-class, timely email and phone communication. We're looking for a detail-oriented, tech-savvy team player who thrives in both fast-paced and slower market environments.\nIn this role you will:\nOversee and manage customer trading activity, including special bookings, allocations, FX trades, and other daily operational tasks\nPerform key back-office functions such as trade allocations, treasury processing, and trading platform setup\nMonitor and resolve trade breaks, process commission discrepancies and adjustments, and complete end-of-day checks\nAssist with contract expiration monitoring and post-trade allocation support\nCollaborate with cross-functional teams including Risk Management, Account Management, Finance, and Customer Support\nDeliver outstanding customer service by troubleshooting issues and resolving inquiries in real time\nSupport strategic projects and take on additional responsibilities as needed\nMaintain a high level of accuracy while multitasking in a high-pressure environment\nWhat you'll need:\nBachelor's degree in Finance or related field (preferred)\nStrong technical aptitude and ability to troubleshoot client-side software/computer issues\nExcellent written and verbal communication skills\nComfortable learning and working with proprietary trading software\nHighly organized and detail-oriented with a proactive mindset\nStrong team player with a positive attitude and eagerness to learn\nWillingness to work alternate shifts as needed\nFlexibility to work mid or overnight shifts, including holidays, as needed\nAbility to work a 4x10 schedule (10.5-hour shifts with a 30-minute lunch)\nAvailability to support weekend coverage as needed\nBonus points for:\nPassion for financial markets and trading\nPrior experience in a trading operations or trade support role\nKnowledge of CQG trading platform\nAdvanced Excel skills and proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite\nCompensation:\nThe salary range for this role will be up to $60,000.00 USD. In addition, this position will also receive an annual target bonus of 6%. Bonus pay at NinjaTrader is based on individual performance (50%) as well as company/team performance (50%).\nSalary and bonus earnings are only two components of the total compensation package offered by NinjaTrader. NinjaTrader offers a 401K plan through ADP under which the company will match up to 3.5% of employee contributions. Annual paid time off allowance accrues at a rate of 18 days per year (some positions may qualify for more) plus seven paid holidays. The regularly scheduled shift is Saturday through Tuesday, 8:00 AM - 6:30 PM Central. During the initial training period, you'll work standard business hours (Monday through Friday), then transition to the Saturday-Tuesday schedule once training is complete.\nFor Chicago-based employees, we follow a hybrid work schedule: In-office Tuesday through Thursday, with remote work on Mondays and Fridays.
