Whether you are in a technical or non-technical role, you will be part of a team committed to putting smiles on the faces of millions around the world.\nApplication deadline is December 1, 2026. \nDESCRIPTION OF DUTIES\nContribute to Nintendo’s IT SaaS Hosting team in supporting SaaS applications and platforms.\nCollaborate with IT professionals on security and compliance initiatives related to cloud-based data sharing and communication platforms.\nMonitor and report usage trends and potential issues within M365 applications, supporting continuous improvement.\nParticipate in troubleshooting sessions to resolve end user challenges with M365 applications, documenting solutions for future reference.\nContribute to knowledge base articles and FAQs addressing common questions and best practices for cloud collaboration.\nResearch and understand the latest advancements in Microsoft platforms and services by proactively exploring new tools and development practices.\nSUMMARY OF REQUIREMENTS\n3.0+ GPA.\nCurrently enrolled in an accredited college or university with a graduation conferral date between May 2027 and June 2028.\nPursuing a degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or related field.\nInterest in IT and cloud-based collaboration, productivity, and communication platforms, particularly M365 tools such as Teams, SharePoint and Copilot. \nKnowledge in preparing clear written documentation, such as summaries and user guides.\nStrong communication and collaboration skills to partner with stakeholders.\nAbility to clearly present information to technical and nontechnical audience.\nAdaptable and eager to learn in a dynamic environment where priorities can shift.\nProficient with Microsoft Office Suite: Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint.\nLegally authorized to work in the United States.\nAble to work 40 hours a week throughout the course of the 10-week summer internship between June 14 - August 20.\nApplicants must be legally eligible to work in the United States to be considered.
