For more information about Nintendo, please visit the company’s website at https://www.nintendo.com/. \nDESCRIPTION OF DUTIES\nPlans and aligns with leadership on strategic direction of digital operations business.\nDefines and ensures operational best practices to ensure quality customer experience for all digital initiatives.\nLeads the strategy for day-to-day games release operations for Nintendo eShop including tracking, planning, and execution.\nManages and drives deliverables for content management tools with Nintendo Company Limited (NCL) counterparts and system development teams.\nCommunicates across internal and external project team members, stakeholders and NCL.\nProvides overall direction and manages the team to maximize productivity, optimize workflows, and ensure timely releases.\nEstablish and manage goals, objectives and metrics for the function and team.\nDevelop team members to execute on their line of business independently.\nDevelops and drives QA protocols and product release process for all content released in eShop.\nManages backend and setup processes for product and feature launches.\nEnsures issues are identified, tracked, reported and resolved in timely manner including root cause analysis.\nEnsures the quality of deliverables conforms to Nintendo of America (NOA) standards (legal, tax, finance, etc.).\nSUMMARY OF REQUIREMENTS\n6 years of digital operations experience.\n1-2 years of management experience.\nAbility to work with, present to and influence senior leadership.\nExcellent English/Japanese bilingual skills (verbal and written) for bilingual positions.\nExperience with cross-functional teams and strategic planning processes.\nStrong Microsoft Office proficiency, including Excel and PowerPoint.\nExperience with standard analytics tools and packages, such as Google Analytics or Tableau.\nVideo Games industry experience a plus.\nBilingual abilities in Japanese is a plus\nFamiliarity with Japanese business practices preferred \nUndergraduate degree in a related field, or equivalent experience.\nPMP certification desired.\nApplicants must be legally eligible to work in the United States to be considered. Visa sponsorship is not available for this role.\nThis position is hybrid in Redmond, WA. Hybrid positions require regular onsite work following the schedule and guidelines for their division.
