Assists and monitors operational workflow for content set-up, approvals, release and changes.\nStays abreast of industry and account specific news.\nKeeps partners informed on Nintendo system updates and product enhancements.\nReviews and approves required assets for digital software, packaged software and accessories.\nPrimary contact for publishers and liaison between publisher and internal departments.\nCommunicates with Product Planning management regarding production planning, Lotcheck priorities and scheduling.\nTakes lead role in Production Planning of key projects.\nInitiates new item part number creation, set-up and data enrichment.\nAnalyzes and resolves publisher account issues.\nProvides oversight into publisher account activities including analysis of projections, ordering trends and sell through.\nProvides training and guidance for Product Planning team members, including modelling leadership, teamwork, professionalism and communication.\nLeads continuous process improvement activities to optimize systems and processes and to increase productivity.\nSupports review and maintenance of standard operation procedures.\nCollaborates with strategic partners to promote business growth.\nWorks globally and cross-functionally with key partners to ensure timely release of new titles and updates.\nSpecial projects as assigned.\nDevelops and maintains account-level sell-in forecasts to achieve objectives and maintain appropriate in-stock and service levels.\nCoordinates with customer accounts on their participation in merchandising efforts for digital products.\nGenerates promotional forecasts and performs pre/post analysis.\nEnsure compliance with NOA policies and procedures.\nAssists publishers and developers with system access and usability issues (NCMS, IMAS, OMAS, NDP, LBD, NOA Portal).\nEnters sales orders for digital codes as needed.\nWorks with publishers and internal teams to release updates, patches and themes.\nSupports JSOX and audit compliance reporting.\nSUMMARY OF REQUIREMENTS\nMinimum of five (5) plus years of related experience.\nStrong statistical analysis skills.\nProficient with Microsoft Office suite.\nWorking knowledge of Oracle EBS, OM/IPM and BMS.\nUndergraduate degree in business, economics, marketing, or a related field, or equivalent. \nApplicants must be legally eligible to work in the United States to be considered. Visa sponsorship is not available for this role.\nThis position is hybrid in Redmond, WA. Hybrid positions require regular onsite work following the schedule and guidelines for their division.
