In this role, you will define the scope, prioritize competing deliverables, manage client expectations, and lead the orchestration and onboarding of Ninth Wave clients. You will have the opportunity to work cross-functionally and collaborate with Product, Development, and Sales to deliver value that directly contributes to the success of our company. This role is ideal for a hands-on individual contributor who can work across teams and functions to influence other product areas. You have a real passion for problem solving and enjoy using technology to improve processes. The role requires someone comfortable with operating in a highly dynamic environment, who thrives on navigating ambiguity and solving complex problems.\nKey Responsibilities\nManage full project life cycle, including project definition, scope, resource planning, business analysis, technical design, development, testing, training, and migration to production\nCommunicate effectively through various mediums, and across all levels of Ninth Wave and client organizations, to ensure transparent status reporting, change management and issues resolution\nCoordinate and proactively manage internal Ninth Wave teams’ activities as they relate to client projects\nMinimize Project Risk through pragmatic and collaborative removal of blockers and/or issues\nLead client relationships, building strong relationships across client organizations, including C-suite\nMatrix Manage project team resources, assuming full ownership of successful project completion and client satisfaction\nContribute to evolution of Project Management Office, sharing and educating on best practices, documentation and tools\nQualifications\n7+- years of experience delivering Software as a Service platform solutions\nDemonstrable record of client implementations\nHands on experience with budget management, RAID logs, and executive level status reporting \nExperience working with clients and managing client facing projects\nExcellent analytical, strategic conceptual thinking, strategic planning and execution skills\nExperience managing development teams and working in global teams\nTeam player, friendly and can adjust to changing priorities with aplomb\nFinancial or Fintech experience\nPositive attitude with a proven ability to foster relationships\nProactive work ethic and ability to work with minimal supervision\nExcellent verbal and written communication skills\nThis role is hybrid/in-office and requires regular presence at our NYC headquarters\nCollaborate in-person with teams at our New York City office to drive initiatives\nPreferred skills and experience\nProject Management Certification\nScrum Certification\n\nCompany Overview\nNinth Wave delivers secure data connectivity to financial institutions through a single point of direct integration to a universal suite of open finance APIs.
