You sit with their teams, learn how the business actually runs, and turn AI from a proof-of-concept into a trusted, working part of daily operations. This is the role at the centre of AI and workflow automation at Nion: the person who takes an ambition to \"use AI\" and produces something that delivers measurable value.\nThe hardest part of AI isn't the demo - it's the gap between a clever prototype and a secure process people actually use every day. Closing that gap is what this role is about.\nWhat you'll do\nEvery Nion FDE brings four core skills, and you'll work across all of them:\nAnalysis - finding where AI and automation genuinely create value, and where they don't.\n\nProcess definition - designing the new, AI-first way of working before any tool is deployed.\n\nImplementation - building, integrating and hardening agents, models and automations into the client's live environment.\n\nAdoption - making it stick through enablement, change and handover, so the value outlasts the engagement.\n\nYou'll own outcomes end-to-end: discovery and workflow mapping, solution design, hands-on implementation with AI tooling, and the change work that gets people using it. Throughout, you account for business value, AI sovereignty, AI spend, governance and compliance - GDPR and the EU AI Act built in, not bolted on.\nYour profile\nMinimum 5 years in a delivery, consulting or solutions role where you've taken automation or AI solutions from discovery to production in real business environments\n\nStrong process analysis and design skills - mapping workflows, quantifying value, and redesigning how work gets done\n\nHands-on experience implementing LLM-based and agentic solutions (prompt engineering, RAG patterns, multi-step/agent workflows, tool use)\n\nPractical command of modern AI tooling and automation platforms (examples below)\n\nComfortable integrating AI into business systems via APIs and connectors\n\nExperience driving adoption - enablement, stakeholder management, training and handover\n\nSolid understanding of data protection, security and AI governance (GDPR, EU AI Act)\n\nConfident working embedded in client teams and translating between business and technical stakeholders\n\nFluent in Swedish and English, written and spoken\n\nThis is not a deep software-engineering role. We're looking for someone who builds working solutions with AI tooling and integration - not someone writing large custom codebases from scratch.
