Junior level welcome with relevant knowledge or experience).\n\nSolid understanding of the OSI or TCP/IP model, Layer 2 (VLAN, Access, Trunk, STP, RSTP, MST), LAN, and WAN.\n\nConsiderable network engineering understanding with exposure to Juniper routing and switching, Cisco Routing, and switching.\n\nInterest and ability to research new and emerging technologies to better solve networking problems.\n\nHands-on experience with monitoring, network diagnostics, and network analytics tools.\n\nKnowledge of troubleshooting tools is Nmap, Wireshark, and tcpdump, etc.\n\nKnowledge of BGP, OSPF, ISIS, EVPN VxLAN, and MPLS (L2VPN, L3VPN).\n\nKnowledge of basic Virtual Private Cloud (VPC), Security Group, Network ACL in OpenStack cloud, AWS, Google Cloud (GCP), Microsoft Azure, etc.\n\nKnowledge of Next-Generation Firewall (Palo Alto, FortiGate, etc.).\n\nKnowledge of Linux system and command line.\n\nRelevant network certifications preferred;
