จัดทำรายงานประจำเดือนตามที่ได้รับมอบหมาย- ติดตั้งและตั้งค่าระบบปฏิบัติการ (Operating System) เบื้องต้น- ให้บริการและประสานงานกับลูกค้าผ่านช่องทางต่าง ๆ พร้อม Escalate ปัญหาไปยังทีม Tier 2-3 ตามขั้นตอนที่กำหนด- ประสานงานกับทีมและหน่วยงานที่เกี่ยวข้องเพื่อวิเคราะห์และแก้ไขปัญหา- ดูแลและบันทึกข้อมูลลูกค้าที่เข้ามาใช้บริการหรือเข้าพื้นที่ Data Center ตามขั้นตอนด้านความปลอดภัย- ปฏิบัติงานตามมาตรฐานและขั้นตอนของ ISO รวมถึงสามารถรับมือกับสถานการณ์และ Incident ต่าง ๆ ได้อย่างถูกต้อง- ปฏิบัติงานอื่น ๆ ตามที่ได้รับมอบหมายจากหัวหน้างานหรือผู้บริหาร\nQualifications\nมีประสบการณ์ด้าน Network Infrastructure Support และ Ticketing System อย่างน้อย 2 ปี\n\nมีประสบการณ์ด้านการติดตั้งและตั้งค่า Network เช่น VLAN, BGP และ L7 Firewall\n\nหากมีประสบการณ์ด้าน VLAN, VXLAN, Spanning Tree, MPLS, Port Aggregation, CIDR และ Routing Protocols (Static, OSPF, BGP) จะพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ\n\nมีประสบการณ์ใช้งาน Network Monitoring Tools เช่น PRTG, Cacti หรือ Zabbix\n\nหากมีประสบการณ์ด้าน Virtualization / Containerization เช่น VMware, VirtualBox หรือ OpenStack จะพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ\n\nสามารถรับมือและสื่อสารกับลูกค้าได้อย่างมืออาชีพ โดยเฉพาะในสถานการณ์ที่ลูกค้าไม่พอใจ\n\nหากมีประสบการณ์ใช้งาน Google Cloud, Microsoft Azure หรือ AWS จะพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ\n\nมีความสนใจและพร้อมเรียนรู้เพิ่มเติมด้าน Network Technology รวมถึงศึกษาความรู้ใหม่ ๆ ด้วยตนเอง\n\nหากมีใบรับรอง CCNA / CCNP และมีทักษะภาษาอังกฤษ
