Data Production Specialist

Global Service Center Media Measurement (GSC MM) is an operations department located in Sofia - a global centralized Hub working closely with all Media Measurement local and global teams, including Technology and Commercial. The department provides wide range of services, including data and systems quality control, panel helpdesk, data processing and delivery, data analytics, data science and automation.

We are looking for a Specialist to join our Data Production Team in Sofia. The position is responsible for production of regular and ad hoc data deliveries for multiple products and countries. You will be monitoring and executing data processing workflows using big data tools and predefined procedures, ensuring proper workflow configurations and data integrity

Key Activities

• Execute predefined procedures for data processing using different proprietary tools
• Configure data workflows for different countries and panels
• Monitor incoming data and check integrity before processing
• Escalate data quality issues and support investigations
• Collaborate with relevant global teams (operations, tech, product, etc.)
• Support the training of more junior team members
• Document processes and contribute to knowledge sharing
• Assist in the development and implementation of best practices

Required skills and knowledge

• At least one year of relevant work experience
• General experience in working and managing (big) data
• Advanced level of MS Excel or similar tools
• Basic knowledge in SQL data query
• Very good level of English language, both written and spoken
• Analytical mindset, problem-solving and effective communication skills
• Knowledge in Python or other programming is considered as advantage
• Understanding of statistics or big data is considered as advantage
