If you have a passion for RVs, strong diagnostic and repair skills, and take pride in providing exceptional customer service, we want to hear from you.\nAs an NIRVC Service Technician, you'll work in a state-of-the-art service facility while diagnosing, repairing, maintaining, and upgrading some of today's most advanced recreational vehicles.\nCompensation\nIndustry-leading compensation based on skill and productivity\nOpportunities for advancement and career growth\nWhat You'll Do\nPerform comprehensive diagnostics, repairs, and maintenance on RVs.\nDiagnose and repair a wide variety of RV systems, including:\nElectrical systems\nAppliances\nPlumbing\nCarpentry\nHVAC and other RV components\nInstall, repair, and upgrade RV accessories, components, and equipment.\nWork closely with the Service Department to obtain required work authorizations and factory approvals.\nComplete warranty repairs accurately and in accordance with manufacturer requirements.\nDocument materials, parts, equipment, and labor used for each repair.\nPerform thorough pre-delivery inspections (PDI).\nConduct customer walk-throughs and demonstrate the proper operation of RV systems and features.\nMaintain a clean, safe, and organized work area.\nFollow all company safety procedures and applicable regulations.\nWhat We're Looking For\n5+ years of professional RV/Automotive Service Technician experience preferred.\nStrong knowledge of RV construction, systems, components, and troubleshooting.\nProven ability to diagnose and repair a wide range of RV systems.\nAbility to read and interpret technical manuals, wiring diagrams, schematics, and service documentation.\nStrong attention to detail and ability to work independently.\nExcellent written and verbal communication skills.\nProfessional appearance and customer-focused attitude.\nStrong integrity, dependability, responsiveness, and work ethic.\nAbility to manage multiple priorities and competing demands.\nASE and/or RVIA certifications are a plus.\nValid driver's license with no suspension within the previous 3 years required.\nMust successfully pass a pre-employment background check and drug screening.\nPhysical & Working Requirements\nThis position is primarily performed in a professional RV service shop environment.\nThe role may require:\nExtended periods of standing, walking, bending, kneeling, and reaching.\nLifting and moving heavy equipment, parts, and objects.\nWorking in tight or confined spaces.\nWorking at various heights.\nOccasional exposure to loud noises, fumes, and chemicals.\nFollowing required safety procedures and using appropriate protective equipment.\nWhy Join NIRVC?\nAt NIRVC, we value hard work, customer service, teamwork, and career growth.
