The position assists in system and network troubleshooting, backup and disaster recovery operations, cybersecurity implementation, and infrastructure performance monitoring. The role also involves providing technical support to Head Office and branches, maintaining technical documentation, and collaborating with internal teams and external service providers to ensure secure, reliable, and uninterrupted IT services.\nPlace of Work: Head Office\nNumber Required: One\nSalary: As per the company scale (Attractive).\nRequirements\nQualification and Experience:\nEducation: Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Computer Engineering, Network Engineering, or a related field from a recognized university.\nExperience: 0–1 year of relevant experience in system administration, network infrastructure, or IT technical support\nTechnical Knowledge:\nBasic knowledge of Windows Server, Linux operating systems, and system administration.\nUnderstanding of LAN/WAN, TCP/IP, routing, switching, VPNs, and firewalls.\nFamiliarity with server virtualization, particularly VMware.\nBasic understanding of backup, disaster recovery, and cybersecurity principles.\nAbility to troubleshoot hardware, software, and network connectivity issues.\nFamiliarity with network monitoring and IT infrastructure documentation.\n\nCertifications: CCNA, CompTIA Network+, CompTIA Security+, or equivalent certifications are an added advantage.\nCore Competencies: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, effective communication, teamwork, willingness to learn, and ability to work under pressure.\nHow to apply\nAfter checking the eligibility criteria and preparing all the necessary documents, qualified and eligible applicants shall apply only online through  within 7(seven) days from the date of this announcement to Nisir Microfinance Institution S.C, Human Resource Management Directorate.
