# Plant Director - Electric Generation

Job Summary The Plant General Manager leads coordination and integration of activities between multiple internal organizations, including Environmental, Fuels, Finance, Resource Planning, Legal, Labor Relations, Internal Auditing, Corporate Insurance, Regulatory, Information Technology, Work Management, Training and others, to ensure the successful completion of the site's mission. This role provides leadership to develop and execute a station business plan that meets system energy needs while maintaining environmental requirements, unit efficiency, availability and performance within O&M and Capital budgets. The role leads the maintenance process within the Generation Stations and the Construction Department's Power Plant Maintenance group and oversees the operations and maintenance management team to ensure consistent application of Electric Production's business plans, goals, policies and procedures.
