Responsibilities\nInstall, test, commission, and hand over garage equipment to customers.\n\nPerform preventive maintenance, corrective maintenance, and breakdown repairs.\nDiagnose and troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic faults.\nService and maintain garage equipment, including:\nVehicle lifts (two-post, four-post, scissor, and in-ground lifts).\nWheel alignment machines.\nWheel balancers and tyre changers.\nAir compressors and associated pneumatic systems.\nBrake testers, suspension testers, and other vehicle inspection equipment.\nDiagnostic equipment and other automotive workshop machinery.\n\nInspect equipment, identify technical issues, and recommend corrective actions.\nCalibrate and verify equipment performance in accordance with manufacturer specifications.\nConduct equipment safety inspections and ensure compliance with relevant safety standards.\nPrepare service reports, maintenance records, inspection checklists, and spare-parts requirements.\nCoordinate with customers regarding service schedules, breakdowns, and technical issues.\nProvide technical support, operator training, and guidance to customers.\nIdentify spare-parts requirements and coordinate with the service team to ensure timely availability.\nSupport warranty claims, technical escalations, and communication with equipment manufacturers and suppliers.\nFollow company procedures, manufacturer guidelines, and applicable health and safety requirements.\nRequired Experience\nMinimum 3-5 years of relevant experience in servicing, maintaining, and repairing garage equipment, automotive workshop machinery, or similar industrial equipment.\n\nPractical experience with vehicle lifts, tyre changers, wheel balancers, wheel alignment systems, and air compressors is highly preferred.\nHands-on experience in mechanical and electrical troubleshooting.\nWorking knowledge of hydraulic and pneumatic systems.\nExperience in equipment installation, commissioning, calibration, and preventive maintenance.\nExperience in customer-site service, breakdown response, and technical reporting.\nPrevious experience with an automotive workshop equipment
