We are currently looking for an Information Technology (IT/IS) Manager to join our team in Smyrna, TN.\nThis role is responsible for managing day-to-day Nissan Digital Americas' Manufacturing Regional Network and Infrastructure functions. In this role, you will oversee business relationship management, including regional demand management, budget development and execution, and the strategy and delivery of both plant and Americas regional projects.\nA Day in the Life:\nThe responsibilities listed are not intended to be an exhaustive list of all duties for this role.\nUnderstand the business strategy and align the required project portfolio, initiatives and budget to support it, which includes alignment with regional and global strategies.\nProactively align with business and technology partners to raise new initiatives, digitalization, innovation, and cybersecurity that offer additional business value, improve the customer experience, solve business problems and/or provide efficiencies to the organization while protecting the company.\nLead team development, performance management, succession planning, hiring, and contractor/vendor oversight.\nEnsure projects align with desired business outcome and are delivered on schedule, within scope, and cost.\nResponsible for managing the planning, upgrading, and maintaining manufacturing enterprise systems, storage and network. \nProvide shared infrastructure and network technical services to application projects during the full application development lifecycle. \nParticipate in business process reengineering and continuous improvement initiatives.\nManage technology outsourcing vendor relationships including developing agreements, objectives, SLAs and managing vendors.\nEnsure appropriate staff utilization through project assignments, training and appropriate load balancing of levels and competencies.\nParticipate in annual budget planning process, understand all life cycle costs, and manage and develop initiatives to reduce non-value costs and budget.\nWho We’re Looking For\nRequired:\n10+ years of related IT/IS experience including at least 1 year of leadership experience.\nBachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Electrical, Computer Engineering, or related field.\nDemonstrated knowledge of designing and implementing enterprise infrastructure and networking solutions.\nExperience with project lifecycles, manufacturing systems deployment, and integration.\nAbility to work off shift and weekends in Smyrna, TN.\nDesired:\nProven communication, motivation, development, and leadership skills with multi-cultural collaboration experience.\nSkilled in problem solving, enterprise infrastructure design, networking solutions, project life cycles, and manufacturing systems integration.\nWhat You’ll Look Forward to at Nissan:\nCareer Growth and Continuous Learning Opportunities: Benefit from diverse career paths, cross-departmental moves, and innovative learning platforms.
