The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring high level of customer satisfaction in end user computing area.\nResponsibilities:\nLead Day-To-Day IT Operations, infrastructure services support, hardware & software asset management \nExperienced in Intune/Autopilot infrastructure\nExperienced in Windows image deployment & management\nSound knowledge in ITIL framework\nDemonstrable technical expertise in deploying MS applications, operating systems, and its migrations.\nAct as an escalation point for EUC related tasks which involves but not limited to Laptop/Desktop Installation, configurations, and troubleshooting.\nDeep technical skills on Microsoft Core technologies - DNS, DHCP, Intune, SCCM, Microsoft MCC etc.\nGood understanding of Microsoft Active Directory and related configurations\nCisco VC systems administration, IT asset management\nExcellent communication skills, both written and verbal.\nDesired Skills:\nStrong knowledge of networking concepts and protocols (e.g., TCP/IP, VLANs etc.).\nExperience in server related technologies - Windows server 2016,2019, etc.\nKnowledge of Linux / Ubuntu servers \nExperience in ServiceNow ITSM & ITOM discovery and Software Asset management\nWork Hours\nIST time zone (8:00 am to 5:00 pm IST)\nQualifications:\nMCA/B-Tech/BE in computer science or Information Technology\nCertifications -
