契約社員;正社員;業務委託

6か月の契約期間後、正社員転換を行う想定です。

Work hours

勤務時間:就業時間：フレックスタイム制（所定労働時間8時間00分、休憩60分）

※コアタイムはありませんが、10時半からのデイリースクラムには参加いただく予定です。

休日休暇:完全週休2日制（土日）、年次有給休暇、年末年始休暇、Unito休暇（年間15日）

※宿泊事業を行っている特性上、会社としては祝日も出勤日となっているため、当社独自のUnito休暇（年間祝日数と同水準）を設けています。

業務に支障がない方は、祝日にUnito休暇を取得いただいて構いません。長期休暇としてまとめて取得する社員もいます。そのため、一般的な休暇よりフレキシブルな設計となっています。
