In this role, you will not only to operate and improve our infrastructure, but also to make technical decisions and drive direction within your domain.\n\nYou will play a key role in ensuring smooth day-to-day operations while continuously improving our infrastructure to support a growing and demanding business. You will work closely with colleagues across the organization as part of a small, focused IT team where ownership, execution, and continuous improvement are central.\n\nThis is a broad role with the opportunity to work across multiple areas of IT infrastructure. We’re looking for someone with a solid foundation, a curious mindset, and the drive to continuously develop both our environment and your own expertise.\n\nYour responsibilities will include\n\nOperate our cloud-only IT infrastructure, ensuring high availability, performance, and security\n\nAdminister and optimize our Microsoft 365 environment (including Entra ID and Intune)\n\nManage endpoints, identities, and access controls across the organization\n\nDesign, implement, and maintain networking solutions (e.g. cloud networking, firewalls, VPN)\n\nMonitor systems and respond to incidents, including security and operational events\n\nImplement and maintain security controls, policies, and procedures, ensuring alignment with standards (e.g. NIS2, NIST, GDPR)\n\nAutomate and standardize infrastructure and operational processes\n\nCollaborate with teams across the business to ensure IT supports evolving needs\n\nDrive continuous improvement of infrastructure, tooling, and ways of working\n\nProvide day-to-day IT operations and end-user support, including walk-up support and troubleshooting\n\nWhat we’re looking for\n\nExperience working with cloud-based infrastructure (Azure) in a hands-on role\n\nAbility and willingness to take ownership and make technical decisions independently\n\nStrong understanding of identity and access management (Entra ID or similar)\n\nExperience managing endpoints and device policies (e.g. Intune or similar tools)\n\nSolid knowledge of networking fundamentals (DNS, routing, firewalls, VPNs, segmentation) and experience implementing them in a cloud environment\n\nPractical experience with security operations (incident handling, hardening, monitoring, access control)\n\nExperience with Microsoft 365 administration\n\nAbility to automate tasks and workflows (e.g. PowerShell, scripting, or similar)\n\nUnderstanding of compliance and security frameworks (e.g. NIST, NIS2, ISO 27001, GDPR)\n\nIt would be an advantage if you also have\n\nExperience with infrastructure-as-code or configuration management\n\nExperience setting up and managing monitoring, alerts, and logging systems\n\nExperience working in a small team with broad responsibility\n\nExposure to environments where uptime and reliability are business-critical\n\nWhat we offer\n\nA young, ambitious, and fun working environment\n\nA steep learning curve and early responsibility\n\nClose collaboration with skilled developers, traders, and analysts\n\nThe opportunity to work on business-critical systems with real impact\n\nBrand-new office in the heart of Aarhus, right by Dokk1\n\nA fun and social work environment with regular team events and social activities throughout the year.
