You will play a critical role in shaping how Nitra shows up in the world-bringing our brand, product, and value proposition to life through compelling, polished design. This role is ideal for a designer who thrives in a fast-paced startup environment, enjoys partnering closely with marketing and revenue teams, and is excited to build foundational design systems.\nYour responsibilities will include:\nOwning the end-to-end design of marketing and sales collateral, including pitch decks, one-pagers, case studies, web assets, email graphics, social content, and event materials\nPartnering closely with Marketing, Sales, and Product to translate complex concepts into clear, compelling visuals\nMaintaining and evolving Nitra’s brand identity, ensuring consistency across all customer-facing materials\nSupporting go-to-market initiatives with fast, high-quality design execution\nCreating templates and scalable design systems to support a growing organization\nYou have:\n3+ years of professional graphic design experience, ideally in a B2B SaaS, fintech, or startup environment\nA strong portfolio demonstrating excellence in visual design, layout, typography, and brand systems\nProficiency in modern design tools (Figma required; Adobe Creative Suite strongly preferred)\nExperience designing marketing and sales enablement materials that drive clarity and conversion\nWe offer:\nEquity - Everyone at Nitra is an owner.
